    I'm moving house, what should I do?

    If you are moving abroad you can notify us by completing the change of address form (available below):

    Alternatively, send a letter to:

    or email the change from a registered email account to erpfpayroll@eastriding.gov.uk.

    How do I register an email address?

    You can register your email address on the Pensioner Contact Form, Change of address form or the Certificate of Entitlement.

    However if you use an email address that has not been pre-registered to change your address then you must ensure to provide your full name, date of birth, National Insurance number, old address and new address.

    I'm getting married/changing my name, what should I do?

    If you get married or wish to change your name you will need to provide this change in writing with the correct documentation ie marriage or Deed Poll to the address below:

    I am moving overseas, what should I do?

    If you are moving abroad but not changing to an overseas bank account you can notify us by completing the change of address form:

    I am changing my bank details, who should I notify?

    If you need to change your bank details please complete the change of bank details form:

    or email the change from a registered email account to erpfpayroll@eastriding.gov.uk.

    However, if you are changing or opening a new overseas account you will need to contact the Pensioners Payroll Team on (01482) 394114 as you will need to complete an overseas mandate form before your pension can be paid into your overseas account.

    What happens if a pensioner is not capable of dealing with their affairs?

    If you hold a Power of Attorney or Court of Protection for an East Riding Pensioner you will need to provide us with the original document or certified copy to enable you to deal with their pension. These documents will be returned to use within a few days.

    If you do not hold a Power of Attorney or Court of Protection and would like to apply to act on a pensioners behalf please contact the Pensioner Payroll Team on (01482) 394114.
